Customer watch
Pick the customers that matter and Blake watches them for risks to the account, growth signals and published results.
Who counts as a customer
Any company with a won deal is a customer. You can also mark a company as a customer by hand: use Mark as customer on the company page, or tick This is a customer when you add a new company.
Choosing who to monitor
Blake only watches customers you switch Monitor on for, so small accounts stay out of the scans and the Monday email.
- Open Companies and click Customers to filter the list.
- Click Monitor next to the Customer badge for each account you want watched. It turns into Monitored.
- Click Monitored to switch it off again.
What Blake reports
Risks to the account first, marked in red: layoffs, restructuring, financial trouble, a takeover, key people leaving, a move to another supplier or in-house.
Chances to grow the account: expansion, new markets and sites, funding, big wins.
Published results. The first check of a customer includes their latest results, so you have something to compare against.
Findings show in the Customer watch panel on the company and on the won deal, and in the Monday email under Customer watch.
