We hand the draft off pre-filled, pre-addressed, with a hidden BCC that loops back so the activity feed stays current. You skip the per-workspace SPF setup, the bounce handling, and the deliverability roulette of being just another CRM domain. Your prospect gets an email from you, not from some tool sending on your behalf. One click is the whole price.
Blake now drafts your reply and watches your invoices. Compose Email turns a rated opportunity into an AI-drafted message with the right people on TO and CC, a tracking BCC that loops replies back to the same opp, and an editable preview before your mail client takes over. Revenue mirrors Moneybird invoices into Blake hourly, matches them to companies by email domain and name, and offers one-click links for the ones the sync cannot place.
Blake now accepts the file your client actually sent. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, CSV, images, .eml, .msg, plain text, up to 50 MB per opportunity. The browser uploads direct to storage, bypassing the 4.5 MB function payload cap that was silently rejecting most real documents. Quota is re-checked against the actual stored size, not what the browser claimed. The 50 MB number in the panel header is real now.
Blake just got a one-click CSV export of every opportunity in your workspace. Open Admin → Export, click Download CSV, and you get a spreadsheet with title, stage, owner, company, contact, deal type, value, computed TCV, fit tier, source, tags, next action, renewal date, and created date. Closed and lost deals included. UTF-8 with BOM so accents render right in Excel. Admin only. Available today.
Blake reads Pipedrive's deals and people exports and lands every deal as an opportunity, with companies and contacts deduplicated by their Pipedrive IDs. Add the people export and contacts come through with real emails, titles, and LinkedIn. Re-uploads update existing rows in place, keeping the owner, fit score, and tags you added in Blake. Dry run is the default. Available today in admin settings.
